Church Member Claims He Murdered His Pastor To Deliver Him From Demons

A 38-yr-old man, Roland Zinneh who has been arrested for his pastor’s murder claims he was hearing certain voices in his head.
Zinneh, an Army veteran, had gone to seek for prayers and counsel from 57-yr-old Connery Dagadu and he was allegedly dropped off at a house where the pastor frequently prayed over those in need.
Dagadu was renting a room in the home.
According to reports, detectives transcribed in the court papers that “Zinneh requested that Dagadu ‘pray over him’ and help him with his ‘voices,’ ”
They also believe that the prayer was held in the basement and that the two men remained there until Wednesday morning.
All Christian News says that the owners of the home reported that they heard a tussle of some sort in the basement during the early hours of Wednesday.
When they entered the room, Dagadu allegedly was laying on the floor unresponsive. When Montgomery County police approached the scene, they could see Zinneh pacing and bouncing up and down.
Zinneh allegedly broke a window with his hand and attempted to flee the scene. He was not cooperative with law enforcement during the course of his arrest. Once in custody, Zinneh proclaimed, “Demons! I kill demons!”
“Following a brief and violent struggle, Zinneh was taken into custody,” detectives reported in Zinneh’s charge records. He yelled the phrases, “I kill demons!” and “Just kill me!”
Queenella Wisner, Zinneh’s fiancé, says that she was “shocked” when she heard the circumstances of his arrest. “He doesn’t have very many friends. He just goes to church and takes care of his family. I don’t know where this is coming from,” she said.
After a brief hospitalization at Holy Cross Hospital, Zinneh was taken to Montgomery County Detention Center where he was charged with first-degree murder. He is being held without bond.
The county coroner reported that Dagadu’s cause of death was by asphyxiation, but the details of his death are unclear. Zinneh told police that he had an altercation with Dagadu.
Dagadu was the founding pastor of B.F. World Impacting Center —a church that he managed in the basement of the home where he was renting a room. The deceased pastor’s family were unavailable for comment.
