The Apple Event on Sept. 7 at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco brought seriously exciting news regarding the future of the iPhone, as Apple unveiled the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus — a brand new smartphone that will be available before you know it! So, what do we know about the brand new device? Well, as soon as Sept. 9, you will be able to preorder the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. The phones will officially be available for purchase on Friday, Sept. 16.
Leading up to the annual event, rumors swirled about what we could expect from the new phone — especially with the 10th anniversary of the iPhone slated for next year. Well, you don’t have to wait an entire year for a brand new device. The sleek smartphone features updated design details while the two major improvements are definitely the new camera and internal storage options. As for the design, the phone only has one antenna line each on the top and the bottom and the headphone jack has been replaced. The rear camera is also bigger and has been updated in the latest design. Two new colorways were also introduced, offering fans more variety.
The most exciting update has to be the camera. The phone will feature a True Tone display and four LED flash lights: two in cool colors and two in warm colors, along with an ambient light sensor.
