Oh no! Amanda Bynes was arrested at 3 AM on September 28 for DUI, California Highway Patrol has confirmed.
Amanda Bynes, 28, is in trouble again. Police “determined she was under the influence of a controlled substance” while driving on Sunday, E! Online reports. Folowing the arrest she was held at the Van Nuys, California police station until 12:44pm that day. She posted a $15,000 bail.

Amanda has an upcoming court date on October 23, and was already on probation. Following a DUI in 2012, she was placed on three-years’ probation last February. She got her license back following the DUI in April 2014.
