Just one day after it was reported that Amber Rose demanded full custody of their son, Wiz Kahlifa has filed a response requesting they share joint custody of the 1-year-old.
Wiz Khalifa, 27, is firing back at his ex Amber Rose, 30, and her request to take full legal custody of their adorable son, Sebastian Thomaz. In documents filed on Sept. 26, the rapper challenges her demands by asking to share custody with his ex.

As their divorce heats up, Wiz has thrown a curveball into the process.
On Friday, Sept. 26, the rapper filed a response to Amber’s divorce request and addressed her demand to have full custody of their son, reports TMZ.
In Wiz’s response, he denies her full custody request and instead suggests that they share custody of their son, Sebastian, who was born in Jan. 2013.
However, Amber has made it very clear that she has prioritized the best interest of her son, tweeting on Thursday, Sept. 25, “my main focus is Sebastian.”
Wiz Also Responds To Amber’s Pre-Nup
The report also reveals that Wiz has made a decision regarding Amber’s pre-nup, which she reportedly forced him to make when they wed in 2013.
In his response, he states he would like to honor her prenup as she requested, and that will leave her with a $1 million divorce settlement. Wow!
The couple were married for just over a year, so that is one large payout for her — not including child support, if that comes into play later on
The report suggests that this was an incredibly smart move on Wiz’s part, and they are right. A judge is more likely to assign them joint custody in hopes that they will not take a battle royale into the courtroom just to spite each other.
