BOMB BLAST: Students Condemn Attack, Warn Against Thuggery

Students in the country have been urged not to allow themselves to be used to cause violence in any part of the country.
The newly elected leadership of National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS), who made the appeal in Abuja also condemned the recent attack on the College of Education in Kano by suspected Boko Haram members and commiserated with the families of those who lost their lives.
The students said as the leaders of tomorrow, their members should not allow themselves to be used by anybody for selfish interest.
The students’ umbrella body also urged their members to embrace peace and support the unity government of the President- elect of the association, Comrade Tijani Usman in order to promote and protect the interest of all Nigerian students.
General Secretary- elect of the association, Comrade Ali Wali, who made the call in Abuja at the weekend, extended hands of fellowship to members of the association who contested for elective posts but lost in the last convention of the association held in Asaba, Delta state.
